Enroll in 2013 benefits

When you’re ready to enroll, visit the HISD Employee Portal, go to Employee Services and click on the Benefits Outlook button to access RedBrick Health. You’ll need to register in order to enroll, view or change your benefits.

Click on the “Enroll” button.

Submit your benefit elections before the enrollment deadline or your benefits effective date, whichever comes first. You will not be eligible to enroll or make changes to your benefits until the next benefits enrollment period, unless you experience a qualified life event.
Qualified Life Events

Those who have experienced a qualified life event should call Benefits Outlook at 1-877-780-HISD (4473) to enroll in 2013 benefits.
Follow Up

Check your confirmation statement when it arrives at your home. If it is incorrect, call Benefits Outlook immediately at 1-877-780-HISD (4473). Any corrections made will not be reflected on your paycheck for two to four weeks from the time you notify Benefits Outlook of the change.
